Executive Council Tracks
Die Executive Council besteht aus drei Captains auf gleicher Ebene. Jeder Stream repräsentiert bewährte Rollenmodelle aus Gaming-Communities & eSports-Orgas und kann unabhängig Entscheidungen treffen, solange gemeinsame Ziele und KPIs eingehalten werden.
Ops Captain (IT & Crew)
- Mission: Reliable infrastructure, safe servers, professional staff ops.
- Direct Reports: Server Pilot, Player Support Lead, Crew Coordinator, Bot Builder Squad.
- Focus Areas:
- Server setup, automation, failover, backups (Server Setup)
- Staff scheduling & escalation design; adherence to Support SOPs
- QA on tickets/mod-tools, plus continuous improvement (vgl. Phase 2 Infrastructure Build)
- KPIs: Core server uptime, ticket SLA %, staff availability, incident count.
- Key Artefacts: Server Change Logs, runbooks, onboarding packs, incident reviews.
Growth Captain (Reach & Revenue)
- Mission: Drive reach, sponsorships and recurring income to hit the financial KPIs.
- Direct Reports: Content Captain, Partner Scout, Supporter Lead, Insights Guide.
- Focus Areas:
- Omni-channel campaigns (Discord, social, paid) per Plattformen
- Branding, partner-ready assets, media kit (vgl. Domains und Branding, Phase 8 Monetization)
- VIP/supporter programmes, donation/shop flows (Finanzielle Ziele)
- KPIs: Active community growth, conversion to event participants, sponsorship pipeline velocity, revenue run rate.
- Key Artefacts: Media kit, content calendar, sponsorship CRM, monetisation dashboards.
Community Captain (Community & Events)
- Mission: Craft the day-to-day player experience, keep moderation drama-free, and deliver signature events.
- Direct Reports: Community Host, Event Producer, Guardian Leads, Welcome Guides.
- Focus Areas:
- Discord architecture, ruleset, onboarding journeys (vgl. Phase 2 Infrastructure Build & Phase 3 Culture Pilot)
- Event formats & execution (Phase 4 Soft Launch, Phase 5 Public Launch)
- Member lifecycle: applications, retention beats, feedback loops (Community Ziele)
- KPIs: Weekly active members, event participation, satisfaction/NPS, moderation incident rate.
- Key Artefacts: Event Logs, moderation handbook, onboarding scripts, community insights.
